Yes, you can make changes to your trip even after the reservation is confirmed. You may update the vehicle type, pickup and drop-off time, location, number of passengers, and in certain cases, the trip date as well. Please note that all changes are subject to availability.
You can make a reservation at any time, even as late as one day before the trip date, depending on vehicle availability. However, we recommend booking as early as possible, as our vehicles tend to book quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed. Customers can conveniently reserve online.

Our party buses can accommodate groups ranging from as few as 6 passengers up to 28 passengers. We offer a variety of vehicles to suit different group sizes.
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the vehicle as long as it does not cause any permanent damage or leave marks on the interior. Decals and vinyls can also be applied to the buses, depending on your requirements.

If your event runs longer than scheduled, the additional time will be billed at the same rate as your original booking. An invoice for the extra time will be sent the following day and charged accordingly.
We have 4 hours minimum on our sprinters and party buses. On certain days we have 5 hours minimum. Please check with the reservation team to get the exact information
Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours’ notice for SUVs and one week’s notice for all other vehicles. If an SUV is cancelled more than 48 hours before the trip date, or if Sprinters and party buses are cancelled at least one week prior to the trip date, only the deposit will be charged.
